PriorityMachines.com is part of a national network of dealers, and by shipping with FedEx, we are able to extend our discount computers to the entire country. All of our computer systems are manufactured and supported by Equus Computer Systems based in Minniapolis, MN. Equus is the lnations largest white box system builder with ten locations throughout the United States. All systems are shipped with a standard one year warranty, which includes parts repair or replacement and labor costs are covered when the system is serviced by Equus factory personnel at one of their facilities. And we are are able to offer on-site and extended warranty service anywhere in the US through our national network of dealers.

Equus offers a range of support services to help you keep your Nobilis Systems up and running - including options from parts only warranties to Full Service On-Site Warranty Plans.

Standard Warranty
All systems are shipped with a standard (one-year) warranty, which includes parts repair or replacement. Labor costs are covered when the system is serviced by Equus factory personnel at one of our facilities.


UPGRADE OPTIONS

Extended
For additional peace of mind, upgrade the standard warranty to an Extended (three-year) warranty at a competitive price. Extended warranties offer customers the benefits of Equus’ Standard Warranty for an additional two years.

24-hour Express (notebooks only)
Equus offers an amazing 24-hour express warranty for notebooks. Notebooks submitted to the National Service and Repair Center (NSRC) will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt. To expedite returning the Notebook to the customer the NSRC will return ship the unit in like manner as received (overnight = overnight).

Reimbursed Warranties & Full Service Plans
Designed to put you in control and give your customers piece of mind with an On-Site solution, you choose whether to provide service (and be reimbursed a warranty fee) or have us coordinate service on your behalf.
Plan to service the equipment yourself?
Select a Reimbursed Warranty! You'll get reimbursed a warranty fee providing service to your own customer. This is available in 1 and 3 year versions. We also offer a combination version where you are reimbursed for on-site work during year 1 and get parts coverage like our Standard warranty during year 2 and 3.

Prefer to have us handle problem resolution and service?
Select a Full Service Plan! We'll handle initial problem diagnosis, technician scheduling and resolution for you - typically with resolution the next business day! This is available in 1 and 3 year versions. We also offer a combination version where we cover on-site work during year 1 and parts coverage like our Standard warranty during year 2 and 3.

Notebook Systems:

Basic Warranty: Our notebook systems come with a 1 year parts-only warranty. Should your system malfunction during this period, you call our Hardware Helpdesk for phone support to troubleshoot and diagnose your computer to the component level. If it is determined that a hardware component has failed, and the failed component can be readily replaced without completely opening up the case [example: hard drive, memory, CD drive, battery], the Hardware Helpdesk will send you a replacement component at no charge that you install. If the failed component is not readily accessible without opening the case [example: motherboard, display, keyboard], you will be instructed where to mail your laptop for factory repair. There is no cost for this 1 year depot repair warranty service - it comes with all of our systems..
   Please note that hardware damage resulting from misuse or abuse may not be covered.

For a hardware problem, simply refer to either your Hardware Help Desk Certificate or the 1" x 3" white label affixed either on the back or bottom of the computer for our Hardware Help Desk 800 number. For the fastest possible service, please be prepared to give your name, phone number, contract number, computer serial number, a brief description of the problem and a time when we can return the call while you have access to the computer. This will expedite troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair. If our hardware helpdesk can not solve the problem, you will be instructed where to send your notebook for factory repair. Please note that hardware damage resulting from misuse or abuse may not be covered in your service plan.
